Taylor Quick delights in ‘Barbie’ Globe win, Margot Robbie offers gratitude
Spruced up as Genius Barbie from 1977, “Barbie” star Margot Robbie shows up at the Brilliant Globe Grants.
“Star Wars” symbol Imprint Hamill makes that big appearance as the ideal decision to present the very first Brilliant Globe for artistic and film industry accomplishment. Taylor Quick is quick to stand and applaud joyfully when “Barbie” is named the victor. Margot Robbie embraces Hamill and expresses appreciation “to everyone in the world who spruced up and went to the best put on The planet: cinemas.” (Fun reality: Robbie is spruced up as Whiz Barbie from 1977.)
‘Oppenheimer’ captures unique score, Billie Eilish wins for ‘Barbie’ tune
It’s getting ludicrous over here now, with the nuclear bomb biopic tidying up with a fourth Globe. “Oppenheimer” writer Ludwig Göransson yells out individual Globe champs, chief Christopher Nolan (“The manner in which you use music in your movies has motivated a many individuals”) and star Cillian Murphy (“I delighted in watching your face again and again”).
Unique melody, however, goes to “What Was I Made For,” Billie Eilish’s famous “Barbie” follow sibling Finneas O’Connell. “I was not anticipating this at this time,” Eilish says, saying “the film saved me a tad” when she originally saw it a year prior.
